Went for a hike Sunday morning up Runyon Canyon, before I left my apartment it started to rain a little, debating if I should go or not I decided to keep going. A little rain never hurt anyone. A lot of people come up with excuses to not exercise. It’s raining, I’m too tired, prefer to stay in bed, or whatever it may be, but the fact of the matter is we make time for the things we really want to do.
