Happy Mother’s Day to one of the most selfLESS people I know. My mother- Teresa. She left her country of Italy for love to marry my dad and raise a family here in the states. That’s a huge sacrifice. They got married only 5 years after it became legal (in 1967) in America for an interracial couple to marry. So i guess you could say she was quite brave and bold! We didn’t have much $ growing up but she never made us feel like that. After her divorce she worked a factory job and second jobs to make sure we could go to Italy to know our other side as well cause that was so important to her. She taught me hard work, independence and how to be kind to people even when they may not be so kind to me (I kinda wish she didn’t do that one tho!)? But anyways- happy Mother’s Day Mom- and thank you a million times for all you have done and continue to do for me, my brother, your grand kids, strangers- and just everyone. Your heart is huge. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
