Now that it's May, here are some limited seasonal “Lemon Cheese Cakes” courtesy of SHISEIDO PARLOUR. At the SALON DE CAFÉ, we have created the "Special Parfait" with green tea, inspired by the Azuma Odori, a traditional Japanese geisha dance festival that has been held for almost 90 years in Shimbashi, Tokyo. Also look out for the "Loquat Parfait," complete with loquats that were harvested from trees over half a century old. How will you spend the season?
