?BARBELL CURLS: 3-4 Sets | 12-15 Reps
.
1️⃣Hold a barbell shoulder-width apart. Palms facing forward.
2️⃣Curl the weight while contracting the biceps as you breathe out.
?TIP: The forearms should only move.
3️⃣Contract and squeeze, the bar should be at shoulder level.
4️⃣Bring the bar back to starting position as you breathe in.
5️⃣Repeat 12-15 reps
