Right leg lunge, single leg jump back to lunge, middle squat, left leg lunge, single leg jump to lunge, middle squat. Do 10 jumps each side. Keep the rhythm (I obviously sped this up ??♀️) core right, booty down! You got this!! #TheGympire #legs #toned
