A quick tour of @pikeplacepublicmarket in Seattle, taking in @mattsinthemarket. Has the most glorious oysters, and home made chips (crisps to me) and I decided to pair the two. This is certainly my new favourite way to eat oysters. And with a glass of a flinty Cretan Asyrtiko to wash them down.
Also, highly recommended: the fishwich (next photo along). Couldn’t resist taking a picture of a mountain of croutons as I passed them, either. Ditto, some local crab from @pikeplacefish and fruit and veg from @cornerproduce #seattle #foodontour
