Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than a sunny day in the British countryside ? This morning we did a 16 mile bike ride along Monsal trail followed by a leisurely lunch at @hassopstation, an afternoon adventure at @heightsofabraham, a spontaneous hike through the Peaks and a cheeky cuddle with a lamb ? Right now I am honestly the most relaxed and flexible I’ve ever been with my training and I love the freedom it is giving me. Staying fit doesn’t just mean ploughing away in the gym, it can be whatever makes your soul happy. Whether that’s cycling through stunning national parks or running up a country lane ?? Health is happiness and if your training doesn’t make you happy, please don’t be afraid to mix it up ❤️ #visitengland #peakdistrict #uniquedistrict #ad
