My #tbt is a pic of me when I was 41 years. I’d been going to the gym a few years by this point and was seeing a big difference in my physique but it wasn’t about that solely it was also an investment into my health. Six years on exercise is still an important part of my life. I was a proper gym bunny then but now I mix it up with barre classes & I do much more yoga. I have adapted my exercise to my age and how I feel on any given day.
