Seth Meyers and his wife, Alexi Ashe, welcomed their second child — born in the lobby of an apartment building. Seth said he called an Uber, but Alexi never made it to the car. After the baby was born, the fire department and EMTs arrived to cut the umbilical cord, and neighbors helped out by bringing the family blankets and warm towels.
