After years of surfing and photographing 3x World Champ Andy Irons I am so jazzed to see the film #KissedByGod which chronicles his life which was cut way too short. I’ve worked with a lot of surfers but of all of them probably spent the most time working with him. Andy was one of those whose intensity may have kept many at a distance but when you ventured in close you got to meet a man with a huge heart and a pal who shared similar demons. I remember surfing with him in Bali and him yelling at me to drop in on any wave in front of him cause he just wanted me to have the most epic surf of my life. He was such an old soul. If you get the chance to go see this film I highly suggest you do. @tetongravity
