Long time no post on Insta! It's time to give an update. ;) I raced yesterday in @scheldeprijsofficial in Belgium.
Great race, won it already 5 times and was super motivated to go again for a victory. We raced hard in the wind and my team and I ended up in a group of 50 riders going to the finish line. Although @katushacycling was super strong we were also struck by bad luck. I had to to stop 3 times to change my wheel, last time was 10km before the finish and then I didn't make it back to the group that sprinted for the victory. Shit happens, but everyone was disappointed because we rode really good until this point.
But next chance will come soon. Now I am with the team in France to get ready for @parisroubaixcourse! I'm super excited to do it again! Last time for me was in 2011 (am I getting old??) and I'm looking forward to a fight on the cobbles! 👊🏼 .
