Astronauts @astro_feustel and @astro_ricky perform their in-suit light exercise and oxygen pre-breathe protocol to purge nitrogen from their bodies before starting today's spacewalk. It may look a little funny but this prevents decompression sickness when exiting the high pressure of the station to the low pressure of outer space.
