It’s been a hot minute where I felt so at peace with my journey. The struggles that tell the tale of anorexia’s depths, the process of my recovery, the aftermath of losing my brother, the trauma I am learning to overcome. These parts of my life aren’t pretty, but then again,
they don’t have to be.

I can love myself regardless.
I can accept myself without conditions
I can grow past the pain
And I can damn well fall in love with my own company
✨
This is a declaration and reminder to myself - I don’t need perfection when I have self-love.?
