SENIOR SUNDAY! @susiesseniordogs wants you to meet Mr. Mike! Looking for a well behaved Best-Furry-Friend to adopt? Look no further than Mr. Mike! He's 8 years old and in the prime of his life. If you just read Mr. Mike's age and suddenly became disinterested - that's exactly why he is still up for adoption - simply because of his age. And it's silly! Because Mr. Mike is the total package, yet so many people can't see past that number. Mr. Mike is located in Vermont and hoping his big adoption day will come soon. There are so many adventures to be had and memories to make together!
@allbreedrescue_VT wrote, "8 years old has never looked so good! Mr. Mike is a lab mix who arrived to All Breed Rescue in Williston, Vermont in early March. He was quite sad when he arrived, but we were able to find him a foster home where is he THRIVING!

Mr. Mike is a playful pup with other dogs, but is also content to lay in bed for most of the day. He has such a easy-going, mellow temperament that not much fazes him so he would likely adjust to almost any new home (maybe even with a cat!). Mike would likely enjoy children who would respect him by not jumping all over him or tugging on his tail.
He is learning basic obedience commands so he will be on his best behavior in his furever home. For an older guy, Mike has embraced this new thing called 'snow' and has been caught on multiple occasions frolicking and sticking his whole face in the fresh powder! If you're looking for a go-with-the-flow, loyal companion please consider adding Mr. Mike to your family!
