I love exploring new mediums in photography, be it techniques, subjects or equipment, I’m always on the hunt for something new. This photo here was taken with an #infrared camera: last year when upgrading to the @NikonUSA D850 I sent one of my old D810’s in and had the sensor converted to #infared. It’s been a fun process and one I’m looking forward to experimenting around with a lot more. This picture is of my dog #Vesper walking on a frozen lake in northern colorado and shot with a Nikon 14-24mm. I’ve always loved the flare of that lens and in infared it’s even a little crazier!
