It's My Birthday! Well, it WAS on Sunday.... In this episode of I Love My Baby, But... (click link in bio. to watch) we talk about how things have changed in just a year, how I've grown and what hurdles come with becoming a real adult! 33 feels like a great number and it is, but my bday is always ridden with a little sadness because the anniversary of my fathers passing falls the day before it. While birthdays are meant to be celebrations, for me it is always hard to get in a positive mindset. Hearing how you’d have dealt with similar situations has helped me feel less alone, so I’d love to hear how any of you have handled sad milestone days that fall on or near happy ones.
