Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women whose work, vigour and spirits inspire us, the women who have driven us to be the people and brand we are today.
I have always believed that a world with more women in power would be a more thinking, more questioning, more compassionate and overall better world. As men, it is our time to really listen to women. Hear them, see them and celebrate them.
We want to learn from you and we want you to lead us to place where our world is filled with dignity, love and empathy. A world where vulnerability is looked at as a strength, not with shame, where sisterhood is celebrated from the heart, where holding hands is an affirmation of love, support and togetherness, not a threat to ones masculinity. A world where talks of heart, joy, and kindness take precedence over the kind of success that is measured in numbers of wealth and keeping score. Together we can create this world- a world with more equity, more representation and strength that comes from honoring the female force and diversity.
Google Trends data shows the world is searching for “gender equality” now more than ever before. Let’s continue this movement and growth by not only having an open dialogue about feminism and intersectionality, but by truly listening to those underrepresented.
