本日、パリのピカソ美術館にて、フランス政府より芸術文化勲章オフィシエを受勲いたしました。

I have been awarded the distinction Officier de L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication today.

I am truly humbled by such a glorious honor.

I am a fan of the arts—they bring me joy and wonder. Over time, I have grown keen to share my passion with my family and friends. This work is now the main aim of my foundation, but on a global scale.

The arts bring people together, whoever they may be, whatever they may do. They put smiles on our faces; they give us the strength to live; they make us think.

If the arts can find a wide audience, perhaps there will be less hate, less aggression in the world.

In brief, I think it is fair to say that by promoting the arts, we strive toward peace on Earth.

As a devoted fan of the arts, and as one who can help to bring their marvels to the people of the world, I very much look forward to continuing my activities in this field.
