Patchwork, by its very nature, is a technique overflowing with memory and association. This Autumn-Winter 2018-2019 dress is no different. Inspired by the seminal feminist book 'The Subversive Stitch', with its focus on textile crafts as a means of expression for women, #MariaGraziaChiuri called on the supreme savoir-faire of the Dior atelier to piece together a colorful jigsaw of fabrics inspired by fabrics from the House's storied heritage. ⠀
