Inject energy into an otherwise quiet moment. Capture a friend leaping in the air, or get low to include a patch of flowers in the foreground.
Add mood naturally. Time your outing during the golden hour (sunrise or sunset). Bad weather can make for great photos and video, too. Dramatic clouds transform the sky on a windy day; colors pop after a rainstorm.
Focus on the details. Capture an intimate view from your windowsill or even a hand-drawn scene. Imagine what it would be like to see the scene from an ant’s perspective.
