? so happy I get to be part of the #braveoftomorrow campaign with @dieselfragrances ? It made me review what bravery means to me ?? It seems like most people either consider themselves a brave or a scared person ?‍♂️ To me that’s not how it works at all. One can’t exist without the other. I think the first step to being brave is to be scared. Without fear there is nothing to overcome, no bravery. ❌ I never beat myself up for being scared. It’s an opportunity to be brave and grow from it ?On the other fearlessness seems dangerous. Bravery is a skill. The skill of doing the things I’m scared of when I need to. It’s the key to get from who I am to who I want to be ?? I’ve been training bravery like a muscle. Parkour is my method. Every day by doing something small that scares me.
