I’ll say one is “visible efforts “ and the other one is “invisible efforts” Visible efforts for me are Sparring, running, and gym practice. Invisible efforts is appreciation. Feeling of Thank you and sorry etc. I learned so much about these two type of efforts in this two months. Toward my dream, In order to grow up, I learned there two are very important which are challenging and courtesy. Challenging is common with failure. But, after many failure leads success and will be treasure. I’ll keep my positive attitude and keep practicing, and I want to challenge any obstacles. Talking about courtesy, there are many things which are greeting, appreciation, and apology with lots of feeling. All are gonna change to support me in the end. Challenging ＝visible efforts Courtesy ＝invisible efforts I will make this two efforts and will make my dream come true. I thank you for your continued support. 今回たくさん学んだの☺️ 表の努力と裏の努力表＝見える努力スパーリング走り込みジム練習裏の努力＝感謝の気持ちありがとうごめんなさい裏の努力。この二つを今回私は、学びました夢に向かって成長する為には二つのことが大切であると学んだの。それは、『挑戦』と『礼儀』である。『挑戦』には失敗が付き物。でも、失敗の繰り返しが成功になり財産となる。前向きな姿勢を大切にして私は練習に励み、どんな困難にも挑戦して行きたい。もう一つの『礼儀』であるが、いろいろある。挨拶、感謝、お詫び等々。気持ちが現れる部分である。それはやがて自分の支えに変わってくると言う。挑戦＝表の努力礼儀＝裏の努力私はこの二つの努力を大切にし、約束の実現に向かって行く。 My mentor thank u so match❤️ 山上会長☺️ 私は会長と出会ってたくさんの貴重な経験をし、気づきがあり学びを得ています☺️☺️ 宝物の時間をありがとうございます😊」2月26日 11時11分
