They took down our stop sign here in town a few weeks ago. After years of stopping, some folks just couldn’t stop stopping. Mass confusion was setting in at the intersection. Near misses, horn blowing and even dirty looks. It had become the talk of the town…even at church. Folks just couldn’t stop talking about people still stopping at the stop sign when there was no stop sign to stop at. With a near crisis on our hands calls went out to politicians all over the county. Well, we got our stop sign back ......peace and tranquility has been restored to our town. (Lynnville, Tn.
