Three plank variations to keep things spicyyyy ?? -
1️⃣Single leg knee tucks - without arching your back, tuck and twist your knee toward the opposite elbow
2️⃣ Alternating plank- starting on your hands, switch to an elbow plank, one arm at a time, and then return to hands, also one hand at a time.
3️⃣ Jumping Straddle Planks- begin on your hands with feet directly behind you together. Hope both feet out to the side and repeat.
