A primate unique to the Ethiopian Highlands, with one of the strangest diets (mostly grass!) and colorations (red chest patch and large mane) of any monkey. Ethiopia has made the news in recent weeks for political reasons, but for geladas life in the highlands goes on as usual - for now.
