Did you know that lace up industry used to be huge in the UK.? There are only a handful of such manufacturers in this country and we use their fabrics. The lace made in Scotland was the inspiration for how I started my business back in 2006. Yes, this whole business exists when I found a piece of vintage lace from antique market and found out it was still being manufactured in Scotland. To me that was just magical!! I have always been obsessed about lace despite having no training in fashion. I used to collect handmade crochet lace in Finland ?? but had no idea what to do with it. I still collect vintage lace and have never come home empty handed from my antique market visits ?This new design is made from delicate and lightweight wool lace with intricate embroidery. I think I might make a top out of this fabric too ?
