The power of meditation is undeniable... but for me I just couldn’t do it... My days always started with a flurry fueled by coffee. That was until I found the @somadome. Meditating along with the addition of color therapy, binaural beats, and microcrystalline tiles has truly changed my life. I get up everyday at 5am drink a bottle of water and get in the dome. Depending on my mental needs I pick a different meditation. No matter how I feel going into the dome I pop out of that dome ready to take on the world. It’s truly an amazing machine. #doordier #perpetuallyoptimizing
