On Saturday I was delighted to see an old friend Gary Oldman and help him out with a suit ahead of the BAFTAs. Last night Gary won the Best Actor award wearing a bespoke Paul Smith tuxedo. On one cuff was a Union flag button and on the other a Stars and Stripes, a nod to Winston Churchill (who he won the award for playing) being half-English and half-American, a little known fact apparently.
