MY BALSAMIC BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH PANCETTA AND PARMESAN

INGREDIENTS:

1½ lbs- Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup- pancetta *(optional)
2 tablespoons- sliced Parmesan
3 tablespoons- olive oil, separated
1 tablespoon- #flavorgod garlic herb Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons- balsamic vinegar
parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
➡️Preheat oven to 425°F.

➡️Trim off the outer, dry leaves of Brussels sprouts, cut bottom off and slice sprouts lengthwise.

➡️In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and #flavorgod garlic herb salt to coat thoroughly.

➡️Transfer the brussels sprouts to baking sheet

➡️rough chop the pancetta and arrange on top and around Brussels sprouts.

➡️roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 min.

➡️Place brussels sprouts back in bowl. Add remaining tablespoon olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss to coat evenly.

➡️sprinkle with Parmesan slices and garnish with parsley.

Add more #flavorgod to taste, any flavor.
