For some time now I've been looking at these pictures, and beating myself up.
How could I have gained 87 pounds?
How did I loose myself?
I had to really take a step back last year and accept the changes in my body in order to heal and begin the journey in finding myself all over again.
Don't ever criticize yourself. Don't go around all day long thinking, 'I'm unattractive, I'm slow, I'm not as smart as this person I'm not as successful as that person.' God wasn't having a bad day when he made you... If you don't love yourself in the right way, you can't love your neighbour. You can't be as good as you are supposed to be.
I can't stress how important it is for you to except yourself as you are flaws and all in order to be the best version of yourself!!!
