One of my closest friends @oohgabbygiggles and I put together a small video where I verbally pledged to love my body unconditionally and stand up against all of those people that fat shammed me in my past. Though I did this for all women, I needed to create this for myself so that I would no longer fall victim to body hatred or deprive myself of love any longer. I don’t have to prove my health to anyone nor am I only acceptable when I’m trying to lose weight. I belong. I exist. I love me! #bodylove
