You will need: 2 large bowls, a whisk, non-stick cast iron pan or flat iron griddle. Ingredients: Whole wheat flour - one quarter of a large mug Sea salt - a pinch One large egg - free range organic Coconut oil - two tablespoons Butter milk - a quarter of a mug Maple syrup - two tablespoons Flax seeds - a large tablespoon Baking powder - a teaspoon only A punnet of fresh raspberries A punnet of fresh blueberries Natural yoghurt . Method: In one of the bowls, add the following: The whole wheat flour (Pastry flour) baking powder sea salt In the second bowl add and mix up the following: butter milk the egg coconut oil, maple syrup Flax seeds . Once all mixed up beautifully, add the milky mixture to the flour mixture and stir in until all connected. Leave this for an hour on the side. Take the cast iron pan and heat up over a slow heat. Use a soup ladle and pour a tiny portion of the mix to test. Then pour individual amounts in and make them in single pancakes. After about 4 minutes - flip them! For extra goodness add a few raspberries and blueberries with a spoonful of natural yoghurt And enjoy! #TheArtOfLivingWell
