Before and After: Downhill training version. Went down hard today after catching some unexpected air at the very end of the course. Words can’t express how thankful I am that it’s not worse but my #roadtopyeongchang just developed some face plant pot holes and gave me a hearty dose of road rash. Not sure what’s next for me on this journey but I’m happy to have some options.
