The Eiffel Tower went dark on Jan. 27 to pay tribute to the victims of the attack in #Kabul, Afghanistan, which left at least 103 people dead and more than 230 others injured. The attacker in the Afghan capital drove an ambulance filled with explosives, the Associated Press reports, and was able to race through a security checkpoint by saying he was transferring a patient to a hospital.
