Being a #bossbitch and full time mom means my life is always on the go! I always keep my @1stphorm BCAAs in my kitchen and gym bag to fuel my muscles AND help them recover.
I’m so grateful to be apart of such a rewarding team: the @1stphorm #phamily ❤️ Not only are we supportive of the brand, but we are supportive of each other’s successes inside the gym and in our day to day lives as well. I’m alwayssss inspired by the CEO @andyfrisella !! He is the hardest working person I know and makes me feel like I can always be doing more. As crazy as that sounds 😂 Keep those people around you!
