What more appropriate #RoleModelMonday for today other than Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He is the ultimate and forever role model! Today we have time off from work and school, but it is important that we remember what we are celebrating… and that is the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He was an American Baptist  minister and activist who became the most visible spokesperson and leader in the civil rights movement. His peaceful and nonviolent beliefs and practices paved the way for countless protests and marches that still impact our society. His message of spreading love and not hate is something I live by every day. I will leave you with one of my favorite quotes from him…. “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
