4TBS Duck Fat
1TBS @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn

Directions:
Slice carrots in half. Heat duck fat in a cast iron skillet and when hot, add carrots face-side down. Fry for roughly 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and season with sea salt.
