Another look at @クリスヴァンアッシュ’s @Dior Homme Summer 2018 campaign juxtaposing portraits of the Pet Shop Boys’ Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, young American actor Charlie Plummer, and new faces Andreas Wolf, Henry Rausch, and Anton Jaeger. The images provoke a nostalgic romanticism through the evolving Dior Roses floral motif. Long-stemmed red roses and their fallen petals pop in cinematic color against black & white portraits, @DavidSimsOfficial applies his meticulous, multichannel image-making skills to hybrid still images and the season’s dynamic campaign video set to the @PetShopBoys’ 1988 hit song ‘Heart’.
