​パイロットブルワリーで醸造した初のコラボレーションビールが完成しました！記念すべき第1号は、イギリス・ロンドンの​モンドブルワリー​とのコラボレーション！ヘッドブルワーのトムさんが来日して一緒に仕込みを行いました。ビールの名前は「イースト・サセックス・べスト」略して「ESB」！モルトの豊かな味わいとイギリス産ホップ​、​​​ケントゴールディングスのフローラルな香りを​楽しめます​。このビールは、T.Y.HARBOR、SMOKEHOUSEで提供中。なくなり次第終了します。

This is a collaboration with Mondo Brewery from London, England and their head brewer, Tom came to Tokyo to prepare this special beer with our brewery team.
