The battle between Pancrase champion and DEEP champion was the fight to determine the top Japanese Bantamweight. They both showed tremendous amount of heart and neither of them backed down til the end. I am truly impressed that 3 of the 4 Semi Finalists turned out to be Japanese fighters.

パンクラス王者の石渡選手とDEEP王者の大塚選手の試合は、日本バンタム級最強を決める闘いであったと言えるかと思います。両選手共に一歩も譲らないレベルの高い試合内容でしたね。今回のGPで、日本人選手が世界を相手にベスト4に3名勝ち残った事は高く評価されるべきだと思います。
