At home slider circuit ? Going to try and post at home workouts for you guys at least once a week!
1️⃣ Reverse Lunges- 4 sets of 20 reps each leg slow and controlled movements!
2️⃣ Reverse Tucks- 4 sets of 20 reps!
3️⃣ Good mornings with resistance band- 4 sets of 20 reps with pulses until failure ?
4️⃣ Squat to Curtsy- 4 sets of 15 reps
