Just as in life, all must change in order to adapt and you must adapt in order to get what you need to survive. The curl shown above is a variation of a simple move made more simple. It allows you to get any wasted motion and energy out of the movement. It makes you use your bicep and less of the shoulder and body momentum to get the weight up.
