I don’t take injuries lightly. I take good care of my body, but sometimes the path is redirected and you’re faced with no choice but to take BETTER care. After being literally brought to my knees in pain in my back and ribs, I️ decided to listen a little more intently.
Every great comeback of ours begins in Toronto, and after almost two weeks with my magician, Marla Pichler and her crew at Sports Medicine Specialists, I’m standing tall and feeling healthier than ever. THANK YOU Marla, Je-An Salas @articulatebodies, Dr. Julia Alleyne, and @shaechez for helping put me back together (again!) I am so happy to be feeling strong and truly can’t wait to get back to work. Most of all, I miss my teammate and #1 Andrushichka-Padushichka @アンドリュー・ポジェ. •
