Today I want to remind everyone who was affected by the suicide of a loved one that we can get through this. We may be lost at times and wonder what the hell is the point of all this, but if we take it one day at a time, share our stories, speak their names and talk to them, we will be fine. To those who are dealing with deep depression and feel like you can’t share your pain because no one will understand you, I DO. You’re not alone and you’re not weird. You have a legitimate issue that affects millions but you too can be ok. As long as we end the stigma of suicide and educate people, we will all be fine. Keep fighting. Keep talking. Keep writing. Keep meditating and most importantly, keep loving yourself like crazy. And feel free to share below for the world to know you and accept you.
