Just call us St Lucians ?? Today @healthychefsteph and I had the best meal of our @thebodyholiday experience ☀️ We were the first guests to try the new restaurant concept: i-Tal ? We were guided by local Rastafarians, picked our own organic vegetables fresh from the garden and took them up to a little hut in the hillside. Here we washed, chopped and cooked our food alongside the hotel chefs ??‍? What resulted was the most incredible vegan feast overlooking the valley ? (Most Rastafarians are vegan!) ?? The food was NEXT LEVEL. Plantain gnocchi. Leafy salads. Avocado salsa. And so much more. Every dish was packed full of flavour and so much goodness! ? What a way to spend our last day in paradise ?☀️P.s. This has reaffirmed my desire to one day have my own little farm with fresh produce (and pet goats and pigs! ??) ?? #girlgains #thebodyholiday
