Happy Thanksgiving! Or “Friendsgiving”, from our tribe to yours. Today we celebrate with our friends and family along with the closest relationships we cultivate along our journey. This day always has space for reflection of all that we are grateful for, with great honor we share in all the abundance we are provided and give thanks. As we move into the Holiday season partaking of all of the festivities, shopping and parties , when the anxiety and stress of trying to do it all sets in, be mindful of what this season holds for all of us...take a breath and remember that we’re all human. Let’s be a little kinder, a little more gentle and understanding. Life is better this way, that’s genuine. And if that’s being vulnerable, that is the most attractive thing in all of life’s virtues because THAT is authentic.
