In their final visit of the day, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had a Whistle-Stop tour of Acme Whistles.
Since 1870, this family-owned business has developed and patented over 40 whistle designs and exports to 119 countries worldwide.
The Duke and Duchess saw how each of the 110,000 whistles are produced here weekly.
Acme Whistles are some of the most famous in the world – they were used on board The Titanic and today by @ metpolice_uk and in sporting events worldwide.
