Photo by @williamalbertallard // Summer of 1993, a blur of poppies fronting some olives trees in Provence. Just enough breeze to bend and smear the layers of color, scarlet, yellow, and green. This was not far from Aix-en-Provence where Paul Cezanne lived and worked the countryside near Mont Sainte-Victoire, one of his favorite motifs. The south of France drew many artists to its landscapes and continues to do so.
