The smaller gives you tighter waves, the larger makes it a little more relaxed). And, YES this same technique can be used on longer hair, shorter hair, thicker hair, thinner hair and so can the Thickening Spray! ? GOOD LUCK MY KWEENZ ? ps: forgot to mention the size of the iron I used in this was 1 1/4”. It’s by hot tools. But you can use 1” if you want your waves a little extra wavy ???‍♀️
