This beautiful Brooklyn space belongs to designer Paula Guzman. She shares the second and third floors of this historic 1877 Neo-Grecian brownstone with a roommate, so she turned this 250-square-foot former living room into a beautiful combination of sitting area, home office, and bedroom.
